Free Beta Participation Terms
Program: Junior CEO Academy, operated by Morgan M. Boswell. Contact: J.ceoacademy@gmail.com. Draft date: October 17, 2026.
Who participates
The initial open beta accepts adult parent/legal guardian accounts for supervised account setup and student learning for ages 13โ15. Children work through lessons independently, but the parent is responsible for managing the account and providing support and safety oversight as needed.
What's included
During the free beta, participating families may access all 16 interactive entrepreneurship missions, J.C.'s Business Dictionary, financial literacy activities, business planning tools, and the printable completion certificate. This is informal educational enrichment, not an accredited school program and not a guarantee of financial results.
No real-money requirements
Activities should use imaginary business examples, pretend customers, and pretend money. No child is required to spend money, collect customer data, contact strangers, start a real business, or make a sale. Parents should review any activity involving real-world interactions.
Beta features and feedback
This is an evolving test program: errors, interruptions, or changes may occur. Parents may optionally provide feedback to help improve it. Do not submit confidential or identifying information in feedback. Parents may withdraw from beta by stopping use or contacting the operator.
Free-to-paid transition
Free full-curriculum access is temporary. Families will receive at least 30 days' notice before a planned transition to restricted/paid lesson access. Existing parent accounts and stored progress are intended to be preserved, subject to the Privacy Notice. After the transition, full curriculum access may require a separate purchase. No automatic charges, subscriptions, or credit card collection take place during free beta.
Account responsibilities
The parent should protect account credentials, use a student nickname, avoid entering sensitive details, and contact support for access or deletion issues. Student work should stay within the family account and should not be shared publicly.
Future changes
These terms and the Privacy Notice will be reviewed and updated before launching new data collection, additional student age groups, or paid checkout. Material changes will be communicated to registered families.
